Brooke said it took a very long time for them to complete this repair. The work took 2 months because there were problems with the insurance company and there were issues with the communication. She had to pay some money out-of-pocket. They did not set a due date. She said two weeks ago the business called and told her the vehicle was ready, but she could not pick the vehicle up at that time. She could not come until the following week. When she was ready to pick the vehicle up the business told her it was not ready. She arranged to pick it up the next day. This business did not explain why it was not ready when she intended to pick it up, when it had been ready two weeks earlier. She went in the next day and had to wait about a half an hour because another vehicle was blocking her vehicle and the business could not get to her vehicle. The communication could have been better if they had contacted her more often. The representatives were hard to reach. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
