William said everything's fine, the only problem was they didn't get the vehicle cleaned up for some reason, and after a month he wanted it back. The vehicle is doing great and he's glad to have it back. Everything looks great as to the quality of the repair. The repair was ready when promised but the only thing was that it wasn't cleaned up. Tuesday evening they anticipated it would be ready Wednesday, but he couldn't get it until Thursday morning and they hadn't cleaned it. William ran it through the wash at Tom Williams BMW, which took care of the outside, but they don't have a way to clean the inside. He was kept informed when he called to find out the status. He knew what stage it was at, but not exactly when parts would arrive, and it took a bit. Most of the estimate was done by the claims administrator, the estimator at this facility agreed to most of it, the only thing he asked was that BMW factory parts be used, and both this faciltiy and the insurance company agreed to that. He chose this facility primarily because there was a fair amount of damage to the engine compartment and he wanted the experience and standards of BMW for that part of the repair. William commented he knows a number of places that could have done the body work, but it was the mechanical side that was his main concern.
