Brian said everything was good about this business except for the following issues. Even though he was not promised a time of delivery, a month was excessive. There was not a lot of damage to his vehicle. They had problems getting a part they needed. This business replaced a rim. He had expensive air pressure valves on each tire and after they replaced the rim they did not put the valve stem cover back on. He left a message with the employee who helped him to call him, but he has not received a call yet. It is very hard to get a hold of the person who helped him. He suggested this business have a person with authority who can answer questions rather than only being able to deal with one person. The estimator and the person who helped him with everything was a nice guy. This business could make things right with him by getting him another valve stem cover to get with the rest of his valve stem set. He would be happy to send them a picture of the valve stem covers he has.
