Sarah said she was satisfied with the quality of the work performed but was not satisfied with her representative. Her representative told her it would take a week for the repairs, but it ended up taking a month. The delay was caused because they had to wait for parts and the insurance company. She was satisfied with the estimate but mentioned that they were unable to give her an accurate price quote. She had an estimate done at three different businesses and this business had the highest quote. She said while she was there, she saw her representative yelling at another employee and it made her feel she should have said something to him. She was satisfied with the communication but mentioned that she had to initiate all of the contact. She did not give them a chance to contact her before she contacted them. She would recommend them but she would give an advisory to get multiple estimates at other businesses.
