Spoke with Larry. He said Darleen was the woman that helped with all the procedures, estimate and putting together the contract. The business won't honor the contract and the woman was fired. The contract involved a paint work warranty and front end repairs. He chose not to elaborate about the length of the delay. Darleen screwed up on the estimate and the business charged him for half the front end work. Jimbo told Larry that the paint wasn't under warranty and no one called Larry to let him know. The business decided they would paint all of the bumper but they are not taking responsibility for the rest of the promises in the contract. These issues affected his recommendation. Larry said he hates to say no to recommending the business because he has done business with them since 2004. He also mentioned he probably won't be using the business anymore.
