Rodney said he did not rate his overall experience with this business a 5 because of the following. When he went to pick up his vehicle he noticed a fender screw wasn't properly screwed in, and there was a gap his finger could fit through from the bumper to the fender. Rodney did not get his vehicle back on time, because he had to sit and wait between 20 to 30 minutes for this business to correct the above issues. Waiting for his vehicle to be ready was an inconvenience because he had an appointment to go to. Rodney was happy with the work this business performed, but he had the following issues, which were not this business's fault. When he made his appointment with Shawn, the person who helped him at this business, she told him to bring his vehicle in between 8:00am and 9:30am Monday morning. Rodney got to this business at 9:15am expecting to have his Enterprise rental waiting for him, but it wasn't there. Shawn had to call Enterprise twice to pick Rodney up in order to take him to their business to get his rental. When Rodney arrived at Enterprise his rental wasn't ready, and he had to wait there until they had a vehicle ready for him. He chose not to estimate how long he waited for the rental. Rodney pointed out he expected the above to run like clockwork, but it didn't. The personnel at Town and Country Ford Body Shop were nice.
