Warren said there are a lot of unresolved issues while his vehicle is at the facility. He was satisfied with the original paint job, but there are damages and scratches on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. On the driver's side there is damage on the rear window quarter glass where it is scratched. The black shiny panel on the driver's side is scratched and they're waiting on parts. The console and arm rests have some sort of overspray or residue where it seems they tried to clean them with a dirty rag. The molding on the rear door was not put back in place. He said there was man inside the vehicle and he was getting black hand prints on the interior of the vehicle. Warren said he doesn't even know what the man was doing inside the vehicle. They should have people with clean hands do whatever task he was doing. They are not careful with what they're doing. There are three surface scratches on the passenger's side that were not there before he dropped the vehicle off. He said he and the person he's working with did an inspection of the vehicle. He said the business will not fix the scratches because they are not on the side of the vehicle that was repaired and the business is denying responsibility. The vehicle was ready a week late because the paint was drying. He said he would recommend this facility, but with some hesitation because of these issues. He said Kim has been very helpful.
