Lisa said she was not pleased with her overall experience because the business did not communicate with her very well regarding the progress of her vehicle. When she had the vehicle towed to the business to begin the repair she called them and was told they could not find her vehicle. They contacted her to let her know her vehicle was finished. She was inspecting the vehicle when she found that her headlight and fender were not aligned properly. She requested the business correct this and was informed it would take 15 minutes to complete. It ended up taking an hour and when she returned she was informed that the business had scratched her fender during the repainting and they would need to keep it over the weekend to fix. The communication issues continued when they did not inform her that there would be a delay in the detailing of her vehicle. She mentioned the business knew she had to travel 45 minutes to and from the business. She was satisfied with the email correspondence but was not satisfied that she could not get return calls from the business. She would recommend the business with a warning to check up on the work being performed.
