Ron stated that he has had good luck with them and last time there was mistake. They forgot to tighten the bolts but it was not a big deal, he tightened them himself. He is pretty happy with them and they give good advice. He said that they must have got busy with another project and forgot to tighten the bolts, but it is not a big deal. He likes them and he has done work with them before.
