"Christmas party"
Both the greeter and the service advisor were polite and professional, and service work was done as time promised, but after I paid, I was waiting for more than 20+ minutes in the lounge and there was no car, the receptionist noticed and had to page again to find someone to get my car. I guessed it's because of the company's Christmas party… :(

"First oil change. "
They helped me out with the bent up license plate frames on the old paper plates and put my new license plates on. The synthetic oil doubled the price. But you get what you pay for. We drive to the desert a lot so I am trying to be safe.

"Very timely manner"
I was told my service would be done around Noon, I had a 9:00 am appointment. Normally, on a Saturday it is very busy and non appointments jam the service department. Today, the cashier said it was not as busy. Could have fooled me, there were at least a dozen cars in front of me parked when I arrived. LOL I went to get breakfast and came back and sat and watched TV and checked my phone for the news and my name is called just after 11 am. HUH? Prior service appointments, it was almost always an hour later than the estimate of time. Which was great.
