Kent and john have exceeded my expectations! I've always brought my BMW to be serviced here at import
autowerks and felt like they effectively did what I asked for but recently my car got flooded so I decided to bring it to the only mechanic I trust. When progressive was giving me a hard time communicating and keeping me informed, they guys at import autowerks did everything in their power to make me aware of what was going on in their end.
