Pulls right, unsafe tech, acceleration hesitation; two accidents

I have owned and driven this vehicle for approximately 14 months, and my experience has been very disappointing, primarily due to ongoing safety and performance concerns. On two separate occasions, I reported to the service department that the car consistently pulls to the right. In another incident, the vehicle unexpectedly jerked to the right while lane guidance control was engaged, which was both alarming and dangerous. I have also experienced frequent hesitation when pressing the gas pedal. At times, the vehicle delays acceleration, and on some occasions it does not accelerate at all when the pedal is engaged. This lack of responsiveness creates unsafe driving conditions, especially when merging or navigating traffic. When I reported these issues to the service writer, I was told that the problems could not be addressed or resolved unless the service manager personally experienced them while driving the vehicle. This response was frustrating and left my safety concerns unaddressed. Additionally, the technology system is unintuitive and distracting rather than helpful. Features that are intended to enhance safety instead require excessive attention and adjustment. Most concerning is that I have been involved in two collision incidents while driving this vehicle. This is particularly troubling given that I have nearly 50 years of driving experience and have not experienced similar issues with other vehicles. Overall, the unresolved safety issues, poor performance, and lack of effective service support have made this vehicle unreliable and stressful to drive.

Got off to a rough start

My Bluelink did not work for the first bunch of months I had the car. They tried everything including replacing most of it before someone reached out to Verizon. According to the explanation I got, apparently my car did not exist in their system. When I got past that? I love the car.

This is a fine SUV but the engine upon being called on to accelerate leaves something to be desired. The 4 cyl engine lacks substantive power. Otherwise, this is a really fine SUV

Better than Toyotas new SUVs

Been a great SUV so far. Few odds and ends that need fine tuning but over all very impressed. Was always a Toyota guy. But have noticed the quality go down while demanding top dollar in the segments. Hyundai Santa Fe offers more bang for your buck than a Highlander. Better overall car for fit and finish and driving experience.

2 months and 3000 miles in.

I am in my 80th year and had a serious learning curve with all the tech. After several hours with the quick start guide doing one thing at a time, I decided to take a 2000 plus mile road trip. I got comfortable with many of the features, and am totally loving our new Santa Fe. Looking forward to getting to know more. Very pleased with initial quality.

Wonderful Smooth Ride, All of the Features You Could Want

We purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid - Calligraphy Edition. It had all of the features we wanted and some that we didn't know that we would love. The vehicle has great safety features, a smooth ride, excellent gas mileage, and great infotainment and comfort features. We would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for a luxury feel and a reasonable price. We upgraded from a Hyundai Tuscon SEL and we could not be happier.

2025 Santa Fe Hybrid

The 2025 Santa Fe hybrid is a great alternative to an EV. Mileage is excellent so far. With only 500 miles on it, it's been averaging in the upper 20's, low 30's for gas mileage. The features in the Calligraphy model are extremely comfortable and plentiful with well laid out interior touches. The one thing that has proven to be an annoyance, which has probably proven to be a problem with many newer, tech packed cars, is the frequent blocking of the front radar which in turn, disables the speed control...most annoying! There should be a tech solution for this. Other than that, the Santa Fe is a great option for a mid-sized SUV with plenty of cargo area, and a third row seat! Keep it up Hyundai!
