Comfort and safety features

This vehicle is attractive, rides well and has many amenities. Seat adjustments, air conditioning and steering wheel controls are a nice addition. There is plenty of trunk space and back seats fold down to accommodate larger loads.

Best car I have owned

Good towing Great visibility Good looks close to the top for the class comfortable enough Good features Inexpensive for the class. Why pay 20 grand more for something else with minimal difference? I feel safe in this vehicle. Safety features saved my bacon more than once. No problems in the two years owned

Great car, fun to drive...

Yes it is a great car it is fun to drive... I feel like the feature buttons are in the wrong spot and this makes this car non pet friendly... Main function buttons are in direct fall path (food & liquid)

Great bang for your buck

The Hyundai line of Sante Fe is well-priced, comfortable, easily serviced, and has excellent mileage, yet it needs a better sound system. Trade-in value is significant; repairs are reasonable and easy to drive and maintain.

The car has great performance, the blue link feature is a plus,if I ever decide to purchase another vehicle it will be a Santa Fe. When I take my vehicle in for maintenance, the service is great, the staff there are very friendly.

Great leasing experience. Not high pressure

I love my Santa Fe because of its style, durability, affordability and all the extras that come with the car! This is my second Santa Fe. The extras continue to get better with each leasing experience.

I love this car!

This is the best car I have ever owned. Everything about it is fantastic! It has everything I ever wanted in a vehicle except for a CD Player. I tried using a portable one using the AUX radio controls but the sound was terrible. Otherwise, this car is a pleasure to drive, comfortable and the Nav system is also great especially if there is construction or accident on your route, it will detour you safely around it and get you back on track again.

Santa Fe provides bang for your buck

You get a lot of car and features for the money. You can pack and store a lot more than I expected. I was worried about giving up a third row, but I don't miss it at all. Very comfortable ride for passengers in the front and back.

Confiable

Happy driver

I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe Turbo and am very pleased with this car. I researched it and after I test drove it I was excited to make the purchase. I was blown away with all the features that it came with as I had not purchased a car for 10 years.

Very good vehicle, which when fully loaded, is a decent SUV.

Vehicle is decent SUV with the Turbo engine. Main issue I have is basically being forced into purchasing extended maintenance package; $3,000 + for oil changes; not something I would recommend, especially when you have to drive almost an hour to get to a dealership!

Terrible service dept, never had a good experience, will not go back for out of warranty service, not truthful, poor on details concerning completion time

good, not great, mostly service issues. not truthful to customer. a long drive to have to wait or be driven back and forth. A lot of promises made before purchase, that were not truthful. Once bought , then the truth comes out

2020 Santa Fe

Great vehicle overall. Needs better lumbar support for the driver. 2020 model navigation system is difficult to update. Safety features are the best I have ever had in a passenger car. Will most likely purchase another Hyundai.
