Provided EXCELLENT service response to a repeat-customer who was in crisis. Greeted by a surprise "li
ght show" when I tried to start my 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Would not start, so I had it towed to the Service Dept. Turned out to be a failed battery. While at this shop, I had the spark plugs changed (64K miles). PRO: All work was done within 2 days! Only CON: I now get about 4miles per gallon less (??) Looking into this.

My car would not start but I managed to get it in to Dakis. Matt had a full schedule but was able to
fit in my car the very next day. The starter was part of the problem, but there was more… He spent a lot of time tracking down issues with the wiring as well. In spite of all the time spent, the cost was very reasonable. I have been there several times now, and am always impressed with the service provided and the costs.
