The staff there is friendly and very professional. My serpentine belt broke on my car on memorial day
weekend while driving on the freeway. I managed to get to their shop in Long Beach. They told me I also needed a water pump. The turn around time was great! I had my car back on Tuesday. I would recommend them to anyone. They are open on Saturdays until 1PM.

We needed preventative maintenance done on our son’s car. We had previous experience with Hye-Tech an
d reached out to them. We called on Friday and they got us in on Monday. I received a call and text Monday afternoon with a detailed list of items that needed work. I was able to respond via text and provide approval. I like that they provide both phone and text options as I’m not always available to get on a call. The work was promptly done on Tuesday. Overall great service and quick turnaround. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop. These guys are the BEST!
