Integrity, Fairness, Knowledge, and Excellent Customer Service
Honesty, fairness, pride of workmanship - sadly, these traits of integrity are no longer common in ou
r world . . . but Villegas Auto possesses them all! To put it simply, Ventura is a great mechanic who also happens to possess superior customer service skills. He took his time to inspect my car THOROUGHLY, showing me exactly where and why (in layman's terms) problems existed; gave a fair estimate of each possible repair; and prioritized what was urgent vs. what could be done at a later date. He did not pressure nor catastrophize anything he pointed out, and when the work was completed, there were no surprises, no add-ons, and no upticks in price; in fact, he even made a few small adjustments gratis simply because he values his customers and takes extreme pride in his work.
I don't know about you, but I am so tired of getting rooked by service people, wondering if they really are ethical or simply good talkers. Well, Ventura is NOT that kind of mechanic; rather, he's that rare individual whose word actually does means something, whose assurances that he will stand by his work are sound . There are so many unscrupulous auto technicians out there (perhaps even some who sabotage an engine to ensure future work), so it was such a blessing to have found a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest person who cares about me as more than a profit . . . Villegas Auto has earned my trust and my loyalty as a HIGHLY satisfied customer.

this is the third time they have worked on my H3, the first time the mechanic diagnosed a problem tha
t three other shops just scratched their heads at, but repaired at a decent price. They continue to do good work on my vehicles with no up sales. They point out the issues and explain what needs immediate attention and what can wait.

We have been taking our vehicles here for a few years now and honestly, we wouldn't go anywhere else
. The service from making the appointment to the repairs to pick up is the best. Jason and his crew un my opinion are the best and most importantly they are honest. Never had to take my vehicle back with the same issue. They do it right the first time.
