not fixing the problem in the first place
Well you asked>>>I brought the car in to have the airconditioning fixed. Well after a fet thousand dollars you said it was fixed. The first time i tried the air conditioner it did not cool any thing but was blowing hot air. I then took it in a 2nd time and now you tell me that other things are needed to be replaced and why did you not find this out the first time. now a few hundred dollars more and you assure me that all is well. Then i looked into the front boot and found that part of the inner covers were missing and the other inner cover was just placed there and not anchored down like it was when i brought the car in. Well is this the best you can do?

Hi Nick, I apologize you feel the repair was not done as you expected on this vehicle. We strive to gain 100% customer satisfaction. Your AC system needed several components replaced because your MR2 is an older vehicle. We did test your AC after the first repair and it did work but after it worked the first time other components failed that needed replacement. If any parts seem to be missing, please bring the vehicle to the facility so that we can inspect and order any needed components for you. Best Regards, Ali Baktashian President/Owner.
