The main guy mark
He takes forever! Doesn't know what he is doing and goes and sits in his car while people wait for their cars

Hi Alyssa,
I am sorry to find out that you are disappointed in the service at A - Plus. Please call me to clarify the issue. I undersand sometimes it feels like forever to get a service done when it may be actually the normal time for a service. I have had really differnce feedback regarding Mark from othe customers. They think he really is on top of things and knows what he is doing. 

I will certainly talk to Mark to make sure everything is in order. In the mean time if you would like to discuss this in more details, please give me a call. I would love to clarify this issue.
