Mike said he is not a completely satisfied customer and he would only rate his overall experience with a 4 because they told him his vehicle was ready and he went to pick it up and had to wait for one hour because it was not ready. Also, he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to call them. He was not satisfied with the shop's communication because they did not give him a correct ready time. As a result of this visit and because the rates are high, he said he probably would not recommend this business to others.
