Rudolph said his experience at this business was good but it took forever. His vehicle was supposed to be ready Thursday however the decal that came in was bad and had to be reordered. The reordering of parts caused the completion date to be pushed back to the following Monday or Tuesday. There was a lack of communication and he had to call and go to the business for updates. He thought they could have done better. He purchased his vehicle from the associated dealership and took it to this business because he assumed since he bought it locally, he would receive better service. The work done was good but the communication was not.
