David said an outside appraiser for the area was brought in to give an estimate. He stated when he saw the estimate he thought it was too high. David chose not to go into additional details. He mentioned his insurance was billed double the cost of the initial estimate, which he found upsetting. David mentioned the quality of the repair was good, and the personnel were awesome. He added, this business's communication was good.
