Michael said it was bit of a complex issue, regarding a warranty issue which happened about 1.5 years ago. Although he went over all of the circumstances with 1 representative who originally took the order, it was a complete surprise why he brought his vehicle in for service. The circuit board replacement did not fix the problem. He still had to pay an additional diagnostic charge again. The most recent service fixed the problem. The business could have shown some consideration with the service, and assisted him with his service. The staff also broke a vent in the dash board, when they took out the refrigerator. He also made a unusual modification to his RV vehicle. Some representative was curious, and should not have been in the area. Whoever the representative was, they did not put it back together right. His warranty doesn't cover any freight charges. As a result, the business could serve him better by providing a complete invoice showing all the charges. They charged him $200. The issue was a tricky problem, and it was intermittent. It was very difficult to diagnose. There was also a staff disruption, because 1 representative was no longer with the business. The business could serve him better by having the staff listen to him when he has an intermittent problem. He did attempt to explain the problem several times. He had information which could have assisted getting to the solution in more timely manner.
