Spoke with Samantha. She said she was not very happy because she was told it would take 1 week to get her vehicle repaired, but it took 2.5 to 3 weeks for them to do the work. The delay was caused by parts and they also found a dent on the door. She was not kept informed during the repair process. She had to call to find out what was going on the whole time. She was not satisfied with the communication due to the reason mentioned.
