Ted said he is not completely satisfied with this vendor because there are areas that need to improve. The salesperson needs to be more available and return calls. The parts need to be cleaned better. The description of the parts needs to be more accurate. Filling orders needs to be more accurate.

Ted, We have added additional sales staff! We can also communicate by e-mail, OPstrx, Im. Our inventory is also online. Part condition is objectivlty graded using ARA Best Standards guidelines, we constantly train and review to be accurate.
