Billy said the staff took care of the edge of the hood. They did not buff the center area. There were particles in the paint, and also hand-like prints on the paint service. When he brought his vehicle home, he washed the vehicle. He brought his vehicle back, and he showed the representative. At first, the representative attempted to state it was not a part of the initial part of the repair service. In the end, he was able to get the issue resolved to his satisfaction. The staff did clean the outside, but the inside had a really strong paint scent. He had to leave his vehicle open overnight in order to get rid of the scent. The repair service was about 4 to 5 days late. The reason given for the cause of the delay was due to parts and shipping issues. The staff did not provide any courtesy calls, and he had to initiate the phone calls to obtain the updated information. The business could serve him better by taking care of their customer. He won't recommend for these reasons.
