Claudia said her experience with this business was very good, but she didn't rate her overall experience higher because she doesn't give out perfect ratings. She got her vehicle back a day late, and she remarked the delay was not this business' fault. She explained they had to have the insurance company okay a part they needed to order. Even though Claudia stated she never gives perfect ratings, she emphasized on a 1 to 5 scale she would rate the personnel a 5.
