"Nothing"
I have always felt that this was an exceptional business, but this time you told me I needed ball joints (upper & lower.)- because I couldn't afford to do it at this time, I didn't let you do it. I then took it to a suspension shop for analysis and they told me the ball joints were fine. This indicates to me that you are no different than the average shop -gouging clients by doing work that is not needed to increase the bill. I won't be back!

We identifited and repaired Paul's primary concern with the check engine light on the 2001 Ford Ranger. We found the Oxygen Sensor had failed and with apporval from Paul we replaced the sensor. This resolved the check engine light. We perform a 70 point safety inspection on every vehcile that is repaired at our shop at no charge and found all the ball joints to have torn boots and leaking grease. This situation will cause the ball joints to wear out excessively quick. We informed Paul with pictures in the inspection of the ball joint boots and the possible short and long term issues this can cause. During this repair visit Paul was given a loaner vehicle to use at no charge, a $35.00 dollar a day value. We also provided a 20% discount off of our labor and applied a 5 year 50,000 warranty. We report all items we find on the inspection to the customer so they can make an informed decision about the repairs we suggest for their vehicle.

Justin said he lost some power in his vehicle, however it is running. Since he went in, it takes much longer for it to warm up before it starts running correctly. He is confident they did the job correctly. As far as communication goes, it was great. They did a full diagnostic on everything, and talked about everything on the vehicle, and he is impressed with that. It is running a little rougher than it was before he brought it in. The business is local, and he lives in the neighborhood, so he will be back when his wallet allows. He appreciates the service. He thanks the business, and especially the gentleman at the front desk, possibly Richard, whom he holds in high regard. He seemed very knowledgeable and very good, as far as customer service goes.
