Alexander, himself, makes this place so fabulous.
I was in town for a conference and decided to have work done on my old Volvo while there. Another mechanic recommended Alexander's Automotive to me. Communication was very clear, including pictures the mechanics took before doing the work and after the work. Extremely clean facility. Alexander personally taxied me to my conference destination (all the way across town, bless him!). The best part of this review: They saved me over $300 off the expected amount, by simply fixing a part in the door, instead of installing the new piece they had ordered. It would have been an easy way to 'screw' the customer, yet Alexander's Automotive called me to discuss the options and were very open and honest with me. Highest praises for this shop.
