Joe said he was unhappy with the service he received at this business because the employees sold his wife things she did not need for her vehicle. He would not recommend this business for service because of this, but his wife would.

joe's wife connie brought the vehicle in for a belt noise and winter inspection? we gave her a ride to work and told her we would call her when we found out more information aboput the noise. we replaced the serpentine drive belt with a new one. this took care of the issue. we informed connie that the transmission fluid & power steering fluids were dirty and needed serviced, if not today in the near future. she gave us the ok to perform those 2 extra services. when she picked up the vehicle she thanked us. we had a extended conversation about work, health and retirement.
