they really try to provide great customer service
It doesn't always happen, but they try really hard. The guy that dropped me off was supposed to pick me up, but in the 20 mins since he called and said he was on his way, something happened and I had to wait for another guy, then he went to the wrong address... it took almost an hour for them to drive 3 miles to pick me up
