Theresa said her vehicle was at the business two or three weeks and they did not provide updates. She had to constantly contact them. They did a good job with the repair. The vehicle was late by two days for two reasons. They had to perform an alignment and detail the vehicle. When they finished the vehicle, they did not inform her.
