Richard said the business did a real good job except for this one spot that they are aware of, but at the time he was to pick the vehicle up and there was nothing that could be done. It will be a couple of months before he can take it back and have it repaired. He said he knows they will take care of it, it has to do with where the bumper and the fender meet. His communication was with the estimator and he did a good job.
