Spoke with Joel. He stated that even though he was satisfied with the quality of the work the customer service wasn't that great. Joel mentioned that the guy he was dealing with at the business got frustrated in front of him when the vehicle door locks were in the automatic shut off mode. He said that the customer service is a big part of the services and he wasn't happy with the way he was treated by the personnel because of it. Joel added that the guy at the business was just trying to push him out of the business and didn't walk him through and show him what was done to the vehicle.
