Spoke with Tamara. She said the repair took longer than promised due to a parts delay. She chose not to elaborate as to how much longer it took. They took care of her from the first minute she drove in. A lady instantly grabbed an IPod and started taking pictures of the vehicle. Later a representative e-mailed the information on the quote. They took care of everything. It was a great experience.
