Kim said the communication with the facility needs to be better. The vehicle was promised for a Friday and on that day she was told it might be ready the following Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived she was called and told the rental coverage was going to end and she would be responsible for the late charge. Then when she called the facility she was told her vehicle was ready. When the vehicle was ready the facility did not notify her.
