Daniel said he could not give them a rating of a five on his overall experience because it cost too much. He stated his vehicle was not ready when promised but he would not elaborate. He added he was not kept informed well because he was not contacted to be told his vehicle would not be ready when promised. He mentioned he was not satisfied with the shops communication because they never called him.
