Marjorie said they were wonderful. She was the one who had to call them for updates on the status of her vehicle, so she didn't feel she was kept adequately informed. The estimate for the vehicle was not given to her in a timely manner, but she believes that was because of issues with the insurance companies. She said she felt there should have been more communication.
