Joseph said this business did everything wrong. The fender was not aligned, bolts were falling out, the grill was poor quality, and so was the paint. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair for those reasons. His overall experience was not good, and there was someone there that spoke to him in a demeaning manner. He was not kept adequately informed because this business did not keep him updated on his vehicle. The only time they called was on the day the vehicle was ready and they only have him a half hour notice, but he was already at work. He was not satisfied with the communication at this business for reasons mentioned previously. He would not recommend this business and said he would warn people about going to this business for reasons mentioned previously.
