Ron said there was some miscommunication between the insurance company and the business. The business did not promise a completion time. The insurance company contacted him on Thursday and told him the vehicle was ready. He took time off from work and went to the business, but the vehicle was not ready. It was, however, ready the next day. The staff was very knowledgeable and they communicated well with him personally. The business was the one on the insurance company's preferred list which was located closest to him.
