Phillip said he did not have any real issues with this business. They told him his vehicle would be ready in about a week and a half to two weeks and the return date fell into that timeline. They also did not call him about a bunch of problems. He was satisfied with the repair but he noticed the turn signal headlight lens had a different look to it. Other than that, there were no issues. Their updates were kind of generic, with just texts and emails every other Thursday. They told him it was a new program they were using. It seemed to be fine during service. He chose this facility because of the insurance company. They informed him that if he took his vehicle to this business, they could perform the appraisal on-site instead of having to come to his house to do it.
