Penny said this business took 17 days to get her vehicle back to her. She was not given a promise of time. She was paying for a rental and she was told they were waiting on an emblem. She would rather pick up her vehicle and take it back when the emblem came in. All of a sudden, they told her there were other things that needed to be addressed. A piece popped off her hood and they fixed it with screws instead of replacing it like she wanted them to. There were two front desk ladies that contacted her with updates. She had called and spoken with one, the lady told her she would call her back and never did. She was very satisfied with the person who helped her with the estimate. He went over and beyond for her. He contacted her insurance company and helped sort out her deductible cost. She was recommended to this business by a friend. They take care of her and she said she is very happy with them. She would like to thank everyone for their great work.
