Heidi said the communication was horrible. She would never recommend this business. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready, two maybe three days at the max but it was actually five days later than expected. She always had to call to get updates on her vehicle because she would not hear from the business. The woman at the front desk gave her attitude every time they spoke. When she did get ahold of someone, they had a new story for why her vehicle wasn't ready. She needed to know when things happen with her vehicle and she is upset that they didn't tell her sooner. There was nothing satisfactory about the communication, but the personnel, except for the woman at the front desk, were nice to her.

This claim delays were related to the Insurance company, customer did not have rental coverage and was very upset about this and really felt somehow this was the shops fault. in looking at notes customer was called 6 times while car was in for repairs.
