Ciara said she did not have any problems with the repair service experience. The staff was friendly, and she liked the way she was kept updated during her repair service. The email pictures were nice. Ciara was not sure whether or not she was satisfied with the quality of the repair. When she picked up the vehicle, she gave it a once over look, and it looked good. However, she went on vacation, and hasn't had a sufficient chance to check out the quality of the repair services yet. The representative she worked with called her twice a week to give her updated information.
