Dennis said he was half satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business left some parts they did not install in the bed of his vehicle. They left a bunch of garbage in the bed of his vehicle and they did not bother to check the alignment. The alignment was off. He had to take his vehicle back in to have the alignment corrected. He said he wasn’t satisfied with the person from the insurance company who prepared his estimate because they left off a bunch of things in the interest of being cheap. He said this business probably would not have been so bad if they had not been connected with his insurance company. He added that he suspects that Geico is who failed this business, but he chose not to elaborate further.
