Spoke with Allyson. She said it took this business over a week to repair the back hatch of her vehicle. Whenever she would contact them to ask about her vehicle, she was told there were not enough employees available to work on it. She is satisfied with the repairs and thinks they did a good job. She has to go back in to have them look for a squeak coming from the back when she goes over bumps. They did not keep her informed. She called them six times to check on the status of her vehicle. They would not return her calls in a prompt manner. Tracy was excellent and explained the repairs to her. Tracy was very thorough and would return her calls with information. Tracy provided the best customer service she had ever received. She would recommend them to others but would like them to improve their timeliness.
