Poor serivce
I visit the artic freeze about 3 weeks ago. I was not happy with your business. I was supposed to have my head light fixed on a Saturday morning. My car sat at the shop all day and had not been touched. I was not happy at all. So I will no longer bring my car to the east bay location again.

Adrian . I appologize we wasted your time. i made some staffing changes and as of last week am at the shop dailey making sure we are under promising and over delivering .
