Debateable Asian Car Care
This is the second time I have been to Aspen Auto Clinic and I am still attempting to form an opinion about them. I was impressed with the knowledge level of the service advisor named Heather. She is just a young girl but she is always friendly, patient, and smiling. She was able to answer most of my questions about my auto repair. This put me at ease. My car repair issue was that the check engine light was on and my speed odometer was not working. Aspen Auto Clinic was able to fix these issues but they could not determine the source of these issues. My speed odometer is now working and the check engine light is not on. I was pleased with this, but I would have liked to know why these things occurred in the first place. I was not charged for this visit and I was quite surprised by this. I am still attempting to form an opinion about this repair facility. One thing that I like is that the people seem to be honest in their opinions and they seem genuine in their desire to resolve any repair issues. They do not seem like the types who try to make fast money any way they can.
