As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I'm always concerned about taking my vehicle in for service or repairs. I went to Aspen Auto with an issue of smelling burning rubber or burning oil. After an initial look, Susie, the service adviser, indicated that it appeared that there was oil that hadn't been cleaned after the last oil change. They started to degrease the engine and noted that there was a crack in the oil pan. I was very impressed that they took the time to walk me back to the service area and show me the leak. Unfortunately, their quote for fixing the issue was higher than the dealership (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I will definitely go to them again as I felt they were straightforward and honest with me and didn't treat me like a "dumb woman"
