We apologize that you did not have a great experience on your last visit to Aspen. Our Customer Relations Manager tried to reach you on several occasions and was only able to leave voice messages for you that were not returned for several days.
Our records show that we recommended an additional block test be done on your vehicle to make sure there were no other issues that may be causing the problem in the 6 month since the repairs were made. That additional testing was declined.
The one call that you did make to us that you mention in your review was not not our corporate office but instead to another store location. Our company cares very much that our customers receive excellent service and we have a department that handles any such issues quickly. However, when you finally did return our calls, you were unwilling to speak with us in a professional and business like manner.
Aspen Auto Clinic has a long time reputation of excellence in customer service and although we appreciate your feedback so we can make necessary improvements, we simply cannot work with rudenss to our staff and obscenities being used.
If in the future you would like to discuss this matter professionally, we will be happy to look into the issue for you and honor any warranty. Our warranty is for 3 years/36,000 miles on both parts and labor, however, the warranty is for the parts that we purchase and put into the vehicle by our technicians only.
