Mini Cooper
I have been taking our mini cooper to you for a while now. I have had brakes done and oil changes. We had an issue with the brakes not being done properly. Sensors were not attached, brakes wore poorly. This last time we had an oil change done and tires rotated. When we got home and the car sat for a day we had a large oil leak under the car. We had a bad seal on the oil filter is my understanding. The problems we have had have all been resolved. If it were not for your front people who I deal with I would not be using you any longer. They are great and they resolve the issues. I know these kinds of things happen but to have had issues with one car on multiple occasions can be a little troublesome. I will continue to use you.
